$89 to $99 Single Room Rate depending on house availability.

Whole House Rental

$225.00 per night (up to 4 people) / 2 night minimum (3 nights on holiday weekends)

$25.00 each additional person / 2 night minimum

$1,250.00 per week

Prices do not include 8% tax
$125.00 cleaning fee
$500.00 refundable security deposit

Renters are financially responsible for any physical damage done or missing items. The pictures in the house are of Mark's grandparents and of the area of Sonora. Some of the furniture belonged to Mary Pesce.

The house is not suitable for children under 12 due to the stairs and deck.
